Our leadership

Adv. Tarun Gahlot

Principal Attorney. More than a decade in the trial and appellate courts, appearing across the District Courts and the High Court of Delhi, and instructed on matters throughout India.

His work runs from criminal defence and bail through matrimonial and custody disputes, consumer commissions, commercial recovery and property litigation. Clients come to him when a matter has become complicated and they need someone who will read the file properly, say what the realistic outcomes are, and then argue it.

He accepts a limited number of matters at any time, so each one gets the attention a contested hearing demands.

How we work

Preparation over volume

An honest first reading

The first meeting is spent on your documents, not on a pitch. If a matter is weak, you hear that at the start rather than three hearings in.

Drafted by the lawyer who argues it

Pleadings are prepared with the eventual cross-examination in mind, and the person who drafted them is the person who appears.

You stay informed

You know what happened at each hearing, what the next date is for, and what is expected of you before it arrives.
